Types of neoplasia?

As long as the neoplastic cells remain clustered together in a single mass, the tumour is said to  be benign. A complete cure can usually be achieved by removing the mass surgically. A tumour is counted as a cancer only if it is malignant and its cells have the ability to invade surrounding tissues.

what is neoplasia?

It is a condition when the regulation of the cell cycle is disrupted and cells divide continously and more rapidly than in normal instances. As a result a tumor or neoplasm , relentlessly growing mass or abnormal cells is produced.
